## Description

Les Rosiers

An old house, completely renovated about ten years ago.

Double glazing, wooden floorboards, a modern shower…

A heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures in both winter and summer.

The house is situated in the heart of the village, but on a cul-de-sac – sheltered from traffic.

There is a large garden, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Beneath the ‘Schopf’ (the barn roof), you’ll find a private parking space for your car. You’ll also find logs for the stove and rubbish bins, including one for recycling.

Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility

turbulent history of Alsace and the Moselle department from the Franco-Prussian War of 1870 to the end of the Second World War in 1945. A region

that was contested for centuries between Germany and France. And annexed by

Nazi Germany in 1940. Directly opposite the Memorial lies Struthof, the only

concentration camp built on French soil – although at the time Alsace was part of the Third Reich …
